I currently specialise in offering one to one coaching to Christian women going through transition and / or who need support making decisions in a God led way.

Jane is the co-founder and director of Milestones, a company that provides executive coaching, career transition advice and development programmes for senior executives.  

As a Business Psychologist, Jane has for over 17 years specialised in coaching individuals in transition e.g. promotion, first board position, new leadership role, building leadership resilience, seeking better work life balance and preparing for retirement.

After many years as a lay leader, preacher and trainer Colin satisfies his passion for seeing people mature into all that God has for them in personal growth and ministry development by using faith-led coaching disciplines.

As St. Paul encouraged Timothy, so Colin seeks to pass on what he has learnt to reliable people who in turn will pass it on to others; the essence of true Christian discipleship.

After leading well attended Bible studies for women, Ania followed God’s calling to disciple women on a one-to-one basis. Since completing KingsCompass™ training in 2021, she has supported women through Christian coaching sessions as well as ‘coffee shop coaching’.

Ania’s passion is to help others deepen their relationship with Jesus and move forward in life according to His plans. She has recently been exploring God’s prompting to support those with long term health conditions, particularly Fibromyalgia.

Ania has a Master’s degree in Social Rehabilitation and many years of experience working in education. She is a certified Drawing & Talking practitioner and uses coaching skills in her job as a Family Link Worker.

I live in the fabulous Yorkshire town of Ilkley. I am married with two grown-up sons, and my hobbies include walking, weaving and most recently crocheting.

My passion has always been to help people go from where they are to where they would like to be. For the last 30+ years have been in Learning and Development, first as a trainer and most recently as a consultant.

I have also been a qualified coach since 2011 and have loved watching people grow and change. Since 2017, I have also been a Christian faith-based coach, coaching Christians in business and senior pastors in the UK. I did my Kings Compass training as a coach in 2021.

My heart is to see Christians in the workplace not only flourish but grow in their influence and confidence. I have been part of and run various groups to do just this and used my Christian coaching skills to further this ambition.

As a Christian business owner or a Christian in an organisation, it is not always easy, and my mission is to help you in your journey. As a Christian coach, I will commit to pray for you regularly outside of our meetings.
