For those with an existing understanding of coaching or who have completed our 'Ordinary Conversations' course 'The Christian Coach Toolbox - A Deep Foundation in Christian faith-based Coaching'  is an opportunity to develop or refine a Chist-centred approach to coaching for use in independent practice or ministry. Many Alumni integrate the approach as a style of enablement for greater autheticity and impact in professional life.

This formational programme will help you ground your existing  practice scripturally and provide a biblically rooted, Holy Spirit  inspired platform for your ongoing development and impact as a Coach in  Christ. Some  participants discover calling as a result of the course. Others release  a renewed sense of authenticity into their style of management and  leadership. All find the KingsCompass Coach Community a place of inspiration, enrichment and growth in God’s purposes for their lives
