Carole is a Christ centred Coach, Trainer and Facilitator. She has extensive senior leadership, change and volunteering development experience in large UK charities as well as public sector organisations (Cancer Research UK, Barnardo’s, NHS).
Having experienced the transformational impact of coaching techniques on individual and team performance, Carole became a Licenced Trainer of the Coaching Academy (2007) founding ‘KingsCompass the Christian Coach Academy™ in September 2012 for Christians seeking an authentic, scripturally grounded approach to coaching.
As an Executive Coach Carole helps rising and senior professionals deal with the sometimes overwhelming responsibilities of leadership.
Through strategic council and bespoke facilitation she help Board and Executive teams strengthen team and organisational performance.
Senior KingsCompass Associate Coach & Facilitator
Julie is a professional Coach and Educator (BA Hons (Oxon), CPCC ACC ORSCC) with 25 years teaching experience – 16 years with Emirati females and 7 years coaching individuals and teams in the UAE and UK.
She combines her teaching and coaching skills to bring clarity, vision and action to those desiring change and transformation in their life and organisation, including church life, activity and particularly prayer life.
As a member and lay leader of a Christian fellowship in Dubai comprising a congregation of 3,000 and 80 different nationalities, she was recently invited to be the Christian facilitator of the ‘Champions of Tolerance’ program and exploration of the ‘Human Fraternity Document’ initiated by Pope Francis and Grand Iman in Abu Dhabi in 2019.
This work has included coaching and facilitating Emirati ladies as well as Police Cadets, as part of the UAE initiative to make Al Ain the first Human Fraternity City in UAE. Julie spends her time in the UAE with regular visits to North West UK (Sedburgh).
Supervision and Oversight
Pam is a Spiritual Director and Supervisor of Spiritual Directors experienced in a wide array of Christian spiritual traditions, particularly Ignatian. She is also a trained coach and mentor.
For the last 25 years of working life Pam coached and mentored employees dealing with harassment, equality and diversity issues, as well as facilitating internal and external relationships.
A prayer guide to individuals and those following Retreats in Daily Life within the Diocese of Coventry, she is also an active member of the Executive Committee of Reflect - Methodist Retreat and Spiritual Network, a Methodist Local Preacher and Junior Church leader.
Pam provides supervision and spiritual counsel to the senior KingsCompass team and the ministry’s unique framework for supervision and Christ centred coach development.
