Support your transition into practice as a Christian faith-based coach with one to one mentoring.
Whether you are coaching in a church setting or stepping out in independent practice these practical, Christ centred sessions will accelerate your success.
Your mentor will tailor input to your specific development needs
· Practicalities of managing the coaching journey, contracting, maintaining focus and momentum, endings as well as introducing coaching as a discipleship, development and/or facilitatory tool
· Competency development through a scriptural lens for coaching and sensitivity to the inner movement
and working of the Holy Spirit (may include analysis and feedback on video recorded coaching if desired)
· Rule of Practice and inner life
The programme begins with an initial 90-minute contracting conversation to discuss and agree:
· Mutual expectations of the relationship
· How God is calling to develop your practice as Christian faith-based coach, focus and goals for the mentoring journey.
· Your next step actions
Thereafter meetings will be as agreed, with the final session wrapping up the programme with an evaluation of overall outcomes and your next steps
Your mentor will be available to answer ad hoc queries in between sessions should these arise
You will emerge with more confidence, skill and tools alongside deeper connection with your purpose and place as a coach in Christ.
